🇺🇸

Today we honor musicians around the world, and we proudly celebrate those who have shaped the musical heritage of our communities.

We recognize with respect and admiration:

🎵 Don Rafael Hernández “La Pinta” — musician from San Matías Tlalancaleca

🎵 Mary, who began her musical career with the group Mary y sus Cumbiamberos and is now a solo artist, beautifully continuing her father’s legacy

🎵 Don Melitón — barber from Reforma Street; his children are also musicians, including Octavio

🎵 Ricardo Salazar — our friend and Juan Gabriel impersonator

🎵 And many more who keep the spirit of our music and traditions alive

Thank you for your dedication, talent, and love for our culture.

Happy Musician’s Day!

This was revealed by the governor of Puebla, Alejandro Armenta, who explained that this “macroproject” is progressing well in its planning phase. He stated that the federal Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation (SICT), Jesús Antonio Esteva Medina, has informed him of the favorable timeline during several meetings.
