We are currently evaluating strategic partnerships for the development of 7 hectares of land located in San Matías Tlalancaleca, Puebla — an area with strong tourism potential in an early stage of growth. The concept has already been tested through pilot camps, providing real insight into the land, visitor experience, and development potential. We are seeking experienced operators and investors in glamping, eco-tourism, and hospitality who are capable of executing high-quality projects. Our focus is to establish a balanced partnership structure, where land, capital, and operational expertise align to create long-term value. We are not pursuing predefined models. We are open to reviewing well-structured proposals from professionals who understand early positioning and execution.
